According to authors, S. K. Kulkarni and A. Dhir, authors of the review published in “The Indian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences,” they believe the possible benefits of curcumin’s neuroprotective capabilities may be due to its potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

It could positively impact the brain’s neurotransmitters to help eliminate cell death. that said, scientists suggest that people who want to exploit curcumin’s potential health benefits should include turmeric into their diet. It can be added as a spice to countless dishes and drinks to utilize the health improvements it fosters. So don’t delay, hit your local Indian restaurant and enjoy some curry.
